Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, student loan payment relief is on its way to borrowers in repayment. Do your borrowers know what to do and how to navigate their situation?
We’re happy to announce that Student Connections will provide free loan counseling to any borrower that needs assistance. We realize that there will be much uncertainty in the coming months. The need for borrowers to understand the impact of the payment relief programs and their options as they re-enter repayment is more critical than ever.
Any borrower that contacts us, regardless of institution, may contact us at (866) 335-9569 and receive the expert advice of one of our borrower advocates and a conference call with their servicer, if appropriate. We can be reached Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.
